Looking for new MB for 2X processor

ok, so my MB dosnt fits UA needs(clicks&pops) its a DFI - LANPARTY UT nF3 ULTRA-D borad.

so i'm looking for new MB that will work good with my system

the system:

MB-DFI....
AMD DualCore 4400
Gail 2048 DualCh
Enermax NoiseTaker 485/w
RME HDSP 96/32
UAD-1
Redon 9200 graphic card

i was looking on those models from Gigabyte,

Gigabyte GAM55SLIS4
Gigabyte GAK8N51PVMT9
Gigabyte GAK8N51PVM9-RH

anyone have working system with those Mborads ?

Or if you have somthing alse that work in this price range it will be super duper great
