Luna download hangs at 100% on Windows 11 Home Edition

Hello,

I am trying to install latest LUNA from latest UA Connect version 1_4_15_2669_Win but not having any luck. I am installing this with administrator account. Also tried different account with administrator rights with compatibility option enabled but same issue. See attachment. Anyone out there having same issue with this beta version.

The solution is offline standalone installers for each plugin.
