Luna Download?

Brand new to the Apollo system...I received a message that I can download LUNA for free. However, the download link takes me to a page that wants me to download the entire software system...again. What am I missing?

I have downloaded the AU connect and cannot get Luna to install. It keeps on saying -software installation issue please try again v1.5.3. A repair button comes up and it does nothing. Been trying for a few weeks. Any tips?

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”
