Windows Luna downloading only up to 80% win 11

Hi,
I cannot get Luna to complete downloading ('software installation issue, please try again'). Extensions can successfully download and install. I have tried reinstalling and starting UAC as Admin. Win 11. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Welll. I am broken record on this topic; but try changing the DNS settings from your ISP to Google or Cloudflare. Seriously.

Also, with recent Windows 11 update check your network settings to see if your network adapter got throttled back to 100/100 vs 1000/1000 as you may need BIOS update for motherboard to fix that. I did after this most recent (week ago?) Win11 Pro update.

It seems that this is not a data issue rather a file stitching issue. The problem seems to happen at 80% everytime which suggests that the data HAS been downloaded but the problem is with the UA Connect app that can't then group the parts together. Other UA installers (I'm assuming much smaller in file size) work fine so it doesn't seem to be a network issue.

Feels like a permission issue maybe.
Running as admin makes no difference for me though so not sure what else to try..
