Luna Extensions Activation Error

Is there anyone who has demoed Luna Extension plugins such as Neve Summing or atr102 or whatever and can't activate the perpetual license after purchasing?

If anyone could activate after troubles, could ya let me know how?

It seems UA Connect or UA's license system for native or Luna extension plug-in have a serious problem between iLok and them. I can see in the forum that's happening to many people.

Why don't they just fix that?

I'm glad that I'm not the only one having it.
I first thought that's because of Sonoma, but it seems the latest update for Sonoma released a couple days ago solved PACE iLok bugs. So I have no clue except something on UA.

Sorry for rumbling on, but do you see the plugin license you bought on iLok cloud? cuz I don't. They don't even show up.

Having you wait this long time after purchasing is crazy... even though there've been so many same reports all these years.

I guess one of the only viable option is to buy one of these physical iloks and pray 😅

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.

Yours is from 8 hrs ago. So your 72 starts at 9AM Pacific.

When I say that, the first thing I check is when it was submitted.

Yours came in on Friday, so it's quite new. Therefore I tell you the expected response window.

If your ticket was 10 days old, I'd react differently.

Understood. Sorry for kinda been rude. I assumed it would be prioritized to get dealt with if the representative shared the ticket number here.

You're probably not the software developing rep of UA, so I hate to complain about this to you, but, UA knows that there's a lot of reports regarding licensing problem or bugs between UA connect and iLok that customers can't do anything themselves all these years, since it was released, right? I need it get fixed so bad. Everyone using UA's native plugins must agree.

I'm saying because I love UAD. I know that UA is struggling with crack people and it's not easy work. But, since using native plugins are getting major more and more now, so it should be fixed already. If a cheap 3rd party plugin company can do that, it's impossible that UA can't do that.

Hi folks,
Problem solved using a physical ilok Key and transfer of all UAD2 plugs on it. it somehow activate Neve summing licence. Peace

Hi! I have the same problem, but I haven't a physical ilok Key. I bought Luna Pro Bundle after using Demo. All other plugins working correctly, for example Api Summing, but Neve Summing is still like DEMO EXPIRED... What should I do @UniversalAudio ?
