Windows LUNA installation problems on windows

Hi everyone. I have problems installing LUNA on windows with UA connect. I tried to install LUNA more than once but it always says "software installation issue, try again". my PC has all the system requirements for installation and I have the latest version of windows 11 and the latest version of UA connect and I also know that no UAD hardware is needed for the installation and operation of LUNA. Can you tell me what to do?

I had the same problem., then I did the installation process with AVG Antivirus disabled and voila! it worked fine.
Problem solved.
