Luna License “Redeem Button” Does Nothing... Even with iLok Open

Hi There,

I'm a Windows guy, but I've recently bought my first Mac... just so you know...

A little history... I have my Mac Studio and Apollo Twin X Duo working happily together. To get that far, I had to follow the instructions in this video M1, M2, and M3 Compatibility with UAD

But now here's my problem (I've attached a screenshot as below, to help see what I'm talking about), which is simply that when I click on the "REDEEM" button to the right of "LUNA; License Pending", other than the button momentarily changing colour, it literally does nothing

As you can see from the screenshot, I have already created an iLok account, and I am logged in to that account as I click the "REDEEM" button, but nothing happens.

Honestly I'm just totally stumped, and after much searching I haven't managed to find a solution.

So any ideas please would be much appreciated,

If you click on your username in the upper right of UAConnect, does it list your iLok user ID?

Looks like your iLok ID is not yet associated with UAConnect. Log into your uaudio.com account and go to account dashboard>iLok and see if you can enter it there. Not exactly sure of the procedure now, as mine was associated through Luna before UAConnect was a thing.

Yes, and thank you, it worked!

I had to click on a few more things following that, but it's now downloading LUNA.
