I predict you'll not have a great time with it. LUNA needs/wants a powerful machine.

Having said this, it can't hurt to try.

I ran it on a machine like that, but it's not fun. A lot of fan noise once you start digging into mix. You definitely have to shift the buffer size to get passable performance.

LUNA wants an SSD (I think?). What kind of hard drive does it have??

I tried running it on an older mini without an SSD and couldn't get beyond 6-8 tracks without all kinds of issues.

I have one with those specs and SSD. Gets hot and kicks the fan on high right away, but works okay. Not for use with heavy projects.

As soon as I can I will try it and tell you how it went here, I only need it to record a couple of tracks with sphere LX, not to mix or anything like that, thanks
