Luna/Native Summing

Am I right in thinking that you can only use the summing(API/NEVE) plugins with Luna as im looking at the UAD webstore and the API summing plugin says its native which means you can use it on anything doesnt it?

Luna only for the summing stuff.

Native just means it doesn’t need DSP to run and uses your computer’s CPU.

Thats what I thought,so why does the API say its native?Makes it look like you can use it on PC.

Because the summing runs on your computer’s CPU - not the DSP on Apollos.

Luna is Mac only still and the summing is a Luna extension, not to be used in other DAWs, so you cannot use it on Windows systems for now.

I am aware that Luna is for Mac only.My question was more about why the API summing said native on it when the Neve summing says nothing.If I look at the Neve I see nothing and think "ok,thats for Luna only then" because it says neither Native or Apollo.Really if there selling a plugin that only works on Luna it would be less confusing if it said on the thumbnail "Luna",like when it only works with Apollo it only says "Apollo".This would just be a bit easier for when your scrolling through the plugins thats all.I know it tells you in the description that its exclusively for Luna but when your scrolling past and you see "Native" it makes you think...Oh,does that work on PC? Thats what I was saying.
