LUNA Pro Bundle 50% off not working

I had the LUNA Pro Bundle 30 day trial and toward the end I tried to use the 50% off discount link to purchase but it would only take me to the full price page.
I tried reaching out to customer service but it has been nearly a week and no response. I tried adding to cart and still no discount. Anyone have a remedy? Image 4-9-24 at 10.04 AM.jpeg
