Luna "Unable to locate Luna license" on start up

I am new to Luna and it was going well until I today. Every time I try to open Luna I get - "unable to locate Luna license". I went to UA Connect and Luna is installed. When I click it to open it says Luna is already open. I went to my iLok account and Luna is there . I looked in Apps and it is there too. Has anybody dealt with this before?

Never mind.... I decided to do the old - restart your computer trick & it worked.....
