Luna with DSP/ Native Plugins

Hello, looking to confirm my understanding of how Luna manages plug-ins for both Native & DSP versions. It subs the native version (if available)? Unison will always be DSP? I'm on X4 with M2 MBP. Loving Luna as well. Thanks in advance.

yes, Rec Fx including Unison plugs will ALWAYS be DSP only.

I had this question as well since I'm looking at an Apollo Twin. So if you run out of DSP, does that mean you can't use any more UAD plug-ins, regardless if they're DSP or native? Right now, all I have are native versions. Is it safe to assume that non-UAD plugs-ins still work in combination with the DSP versions, even it those are maxed out?

They're two different plugin formats (uad, uadx). You can use whichever format in the Inserts slots but the record FX slots only accept the DSP format.
