M1Pro vs M2Pro vs M3Pro

Assuming 16GB RAM is the minimum what differences can you tell between M1 and M3 silicon generations? Is there a benchmark project people are using for Luna?

We are concerned with benchmarks only at absolute minimum RTL latency settings.

Most DAWs are only utilizing the performance cores, currently, so that is a big factor. M2 has more than M3, I believe, which is why the M3 is scoring lower in DAWs.

So far, I'm not seeing low latency benefits from M1 vs M2 Pro.

I just made this decision when upgrading my MacBook. From my understanding M1 > M2 > M3 due to the performance cores. I just picked up a very lightly used M1 Max MacBook 2tb storage 64gb Ram for ~$1700 while a similarly spec'd current gen model is ~$3800. Seems like a killer deal to me and should last me a very long time.
