Mac Label Maker Recommendation?

I need to bite the bullet and get a label maker. Primarily I need to label a lot of small parts organizers full of resistors, capacitors, etc. Also need to label some power distribution in my racks and some other hardware.

My needs are simple. I dont need graphics or fancy layouts. I just want to be able to print a few descriptive words on each label. It looks like a lot of label makers are reliant on software though, and that mac support may not be as optimal as windows. Are there any plug and play label makers or ones with very good mac support?

Worst case I could go old school and get one with a keypad, but that seems like a pain in a when I've got a computer in my same room that I need to make the labels for.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I've seen a few at my local Staples that are nothing more than a Wi-Fi printer to the Mac. I don't think those ones care which software you use. I'm going to pick on up next week. They seem to be around $150CDN.

I use DYMO LetraTag 200B Bluetooth Label Printer. Works like any other DYMO. I use the app for it on my Iphone. I also have one of those old school Dymo's with keypad.
I Find it handy to have a mobile labeler. The Studio is not the only place this tool is handy :geek:

I use a Dymo 4x6 label printer with my Mac M1 Studio. Instant labels, no problem. When I ship, it is usually pre-paid FedEx, UPS or USPS for sales of music equipment on Ebay, Reverb, etc. The 4x6 labels fit and print perfectly. I turn it on when I need it and turn it off afterward. I cover the printer and labels with a cloth in between use. You can use MS Word and other templates to customize your labels as needed.

This is what I originally thought about getting, but the reviews said the Mac software was incomplete compared to the pc software.

Do you have to use the brother software or can you print to it from a plain word processor?

I have that ons as well and print from the app on my iphone. Very convenient and there will propably also be an Android app if that’s what you’ll need.

Thanks for any suggestions on bluetooth label maker.
I've managed, so far, to avoid making professional labels for my CDs and DVDs. Seems it's time to stop crawling with my trusty Maxell Disc Writer and learn to make my own labels. What do you Motion cats use? What do you consider the best labels and which software is easiest to use to make 'em?
