Magma Chassis Is LOUD!

Well not really loud, but noisy enough to be irritating.
Can I purchase a quiter fan for this thing? Any recommendations?

change or mod the powersupply
and the case fan if it has one, with only DSP cards, there really isn't any need for case fans
with less than 100w power draw from 4 cards, a decent powersupply wont even get hot

I have 1 UAD 1 powercore and a Motorolla Ethernet controller in the case. How do I do what you are talking about?
The chassis has two fans, one in the front and one in the back, are both of them necessary?
