magma PCI expansion chassis

I have a 7slot magma PCI expansion chassis and have chance of buying a pci e card but its made for digidesign

Now will it work with my magma PCI expansion chassis

And whats with the cable? mines flat cable not round

The PCIe Hostcard needs a 68pin black roundcabel version.
