I have the opportunity to purchase a second hand Magma Chassis. It's the older 32-bit/33MHz 7 slot model and I will be attaching it to the Tyan S2895 Mobo as part of my studio upgrade to Dual core Dual Opteron. Will this work fine in the Tyan PCI slot with up to 4 UAD cards in it? Should I wait and buy a 64-bit/66MHz model?

It will work fine. Thats how I used to use it when I owned the 2895.
