Manage License Problem

I had my credit cards changed this month, my UAD SPARK is on "active" on my profil but I cannot access my plugin they are still on "manage license" on my UA CONNECT IT IS REALLY ANNOYING !!
I made several tickets no one has respond, and I need my plugin like for yesterday ! how long did it take to resolve?

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.

Keep in mind yesterday was a holiday in the US
