Missing plugins...

Hi all!

I feel so stupid, but I really need to ask others, because I get so confused by the UAD info;

I bought UAD Ultimate since version 10 and I read that the Waterfall B3 Organ was introduced in v11, but it says "Demo started" in UA Connect. I mailed the support, but still no answer. It says it is included since v11 on their site:

Does anyone know?

It will stay in demo mode until the demo is over and will revert to the owned version once done.

Why only two of the instruments in that case? I really don't get their protection system and also:

is the Waterfall B3 organ and the piano in my bundly (Ultimate 11/12)?

Were you not demoing them before you purchased them ? It looks like you own waterfall rotary speaker but not the organ which is in demo mode.

Yes I did demo the organ before ultimate 11, then forgot about it. According to the information on their site, the organ is supposed to be included in Ultimate 11 (and 12)...
