Mixdown and Main fader

Hello,
I have a question about Luna.

why in Luna Main fader has no effect on mixdown? it's the same when I put it in inserted Ozone 11, when played it's ok but mixdown no effected and quiet.
someone will tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Not sure I understand what you're talking about?

The Main fader in Luna does have an effect on the entire mix. You can easily check this by setting the Main fader at (default) 0dB, make a Bounce; then set it to -20dB, make another Bounce. You'll see that there is a big difference.

Make sure that when you export your Bounce, that you've selected the "Main" as the point of export.

It will help if you show us a screenshot of your main bus and a screenshot of the mixdown window.

Are you using VSX or SoundID plugin, or other plugin that changes the sound while you mix? If so, they should be disabled before mixdown.

Not withstanding Drew's video above. But I put a compressor or limiter on the insert of my master channel (main out). When I mixdown I choose the master channel/main out as the source of my audio and the mixdown always comes out at the volume I have the compressor or limiter set at.

I checked export mixdown again, I use a limiter from Ozone or others and no effect

I also checked mixdown on Ryan Wright - A Dream I'll Forget (DEMO from Luna) and it's the same, mix and mixdown volume levels are very different.

Are you listening to your mixes within Luna or with another Mac app? Because your master fader isn’t at 0 db and your monitor volume is at +12 db. This might be the reason for the difference in volume?

Yes, you are right. I use a different DAW every day, and I didn't see it.
