Mixdown, bouncing without Apollo - or any interface

I have a problem: I recorded a song with plenty of tracks using my Apollo x8p. On all the tracks I only used Spark UAD plugins. Now I am on vacation, I have my Macbook with the Logic session on it with me and I wanted to bounce and export a track and send it to someone, but I do not have my Apollo with me.

Now the question: what part of the setup (Apollo/Macbook/DAW) actually does the bouncing and the export? Is there any loss in quality if I bounce tracks and do an export without the Apollo connected? There shouldn't be, right? Cause I don't need the AD nor the DA converters, the bouncing happens solely in the DAW on the Macbook. Or do I miss something?

Thanks!

If logic still plays back without an interface it should bounce too. As long as you’re using UADx and not UAD2 plugins, it should be the same thing. It’ll probably sound a bit different in your headphones as opposed to using the Apollo to monitor through, but the resulting file should be the same.

No, everything is happening inside Logic. The interface has no impact on mixdown quality.
