Mixdown/Export times?

I'm soon to upgrade Macs, and am wondering if users here have seen much improvement in wait times. I was thinking that using UADx over DSP plugs would help shorten. Here, LUNA is still taking far longer than any other DAW. Worth the wait, but still...Any thoughts?

No suggestions. Maybe I can do a little testing. What samplerate?

Thanks Matt! 24bit 48khz is my standard, Logic and Pro Tools still smoke LUNA for export times. Love to hear what you find!

I usually use realtime export. My work is often in the 4 minute range.
I find that offline export takes a little longer.

Thanks! That's still very slow compared to other daws

Yeah, I need a break every now and then.
Using 'Real Time' I can also make sure the export is correct, no drop outs, clicks or pops.
I regularly export multiple tracks in one pass at 96/24. It only takes as long as the song.

Real time is reliable and works as expected, offline seems to me to be a little faster. I don't mind that wait as it is for a brain clearing time, sort of like rewinding tape and unwinding your ears and/or brain
