I'm new to the UAD forum .. I worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Cakewalk for over 25 years so I wouldn't consider myself a newbie.
I purchased a Max Dual Compressor, installed the iOS mobile app, and paired it to Bluetooth as expected. The app did launch.
When I first launched the mobile app, I was prompted to update to the latest version. I did that and when I launched the mobile app .. it instantly crashed.
I checked the knowledgebase and it was not useful at all.
Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
