Mobo Recommendation?

I'm after a motherboard with the following ...

1) 4 PCI slots and hopefully, a PCIe slot for a new UAD
2) Support fot Core Duo 6700 CPU
3) SATA support - I'll be running 3 hard drives, including two WD raptors
4) Onboard firewire, and 6 USB slots
5) Giga Lan support (very important for Teleport)
6) Support for dual channel kickass DDR2 667 RAM

Ok, does such a thing exist??

I'm hoping to run three UAD's (two PCI's that I have and a PCIe that I will get), a Powercore PCI, RME Hammerfall, and eventually, a firewire DSP thingo like the Duende, Liquid Mix or Waves hardware. Then I'll be happy ... I'll feel like a master of the universe.

The board really lives up to my high expectations, to make it short, stable and fast like the older standard 865 boards.
Imho good DDR is still almost on par with DDR2 atm.
Check the benchmarks (there are many).
No Firewire though, only 100 MBit Lan and only 2 SATA 150 ports.
For me the advantages easily make up for the missing stuff, ymmv.
Sadly your dream board doesn't exist, you'll have to make some compromises.
