Moog Minimoog Synth will not install

SOLVED! Purchased this today and UA connect shows I am downloading it but it will not install. Does not show in plug in folder as my waterfall b3 does. ILock account shows one activation has been used. Does not show in Cubase 13 Pro. Help?

And you have ensured it is not blacklisted and rescanned the blacklisted ones?

it doesn't even show in the windows file folder under "program files\common files\universal audio\plug-ins. My waterfall b3 is there. Thanks for the input.

Could be temporary network issue either from your ISP to the UA server; or a caching/update going on which may temporarily impact ability to download anything. It happens. "Try again later" is the usual answer. I usually also recommend changing your DNS to Google/Cloudflare vs your ISP, as this often fixes "too many hops" issues (meaning your ISP is timing out somewhere on the net between your locale and the UA server).

Appreciate the input, but......again.....UA connect shows it downloading (15 seconds) when I click on "download". (its only 46 mb). But it doesn't INSTALL it like all my other native plugins. Rebooted, signed out and back in etc. It just won't install.
