Motu PCI 324 + UAD-1/Poco in Nforce2 AMD XP3200 problem

i just recently obtained a motu 24i with 324 pci card
i tried putting the 324 card in slot 1 and 2 same problem
i get crackles whenever i listen to audio files in any audio program
it sounds like out of sync kind of crackles non stop, like recordplayer's noise.., no matter wat buffer size :cry:

anyone here have similar setup?

I had this email from somebody at Motu last week as I was inquiring about the 324:

\"there is no guarantee that the older PCI 324 card would work in your newer PC motherboard. If you wish to have sample accurate transfers, I would recommend getting a 2408 mk 3 which comes with a PCI 424 card. This will allow functionality in all new motherboards, sample accurate clocking, and digital transfers via ADAT Optical connections\"

Other than that - write Motu to see if your motherboard is compatible and that you have all the latest drivers.
