MY COMPUTER DOESN´T RECOGNIZE MY APOLLO X8 SOFTWARE

I had to disconnect the cables from my Apollo X8 (XLR) and at the moment of reconect the sofware doesnt appears complete (in this case the volume botom and other part of the software). My computer is a MAC STUDIO. Can someone help me with the solution? It happens every time I remove the cables. Thanks a lot!

One assumes you power off the computer before removing cables? Also on front of Mac Studio MAX the two connectors are USB-C (USB) and *not* Thunderbolt and won't work for an Apollo.

Yes, I turnef off the computer, actually I use the usb-c ports in the back, no in front. It has already happened to me but this time it was not recognized and I already restarted it several times, it comes out like this
