My computer doesn't see my apollo twin x

i recently bought an apollo twin x and connect it through my Asus ThunderboltEx 4 extension Card but my computer didn't see my apollo and also i can't find it in my Thunder control centre . Can anyone help me please ?? Thanks a lot

yeah i bought also a thunderbolt cable from thomann connected and nothing , and now a unistal ny Uad software and instal it again now

Does the thunderbolt extension card show up in device manager?

Usually this type of issue is a BIOS setting issue of not having the correct permissions set. You'll have to dig in there and test the different settings and see what happens.
