My coupons disappeared from my account...

Friday I logged on to my UA account to use the two coupons that I saw earlier in the week (noting they expire at the end of the month). So where did they go? I'm not sure what to do. I wrote UA an email but maybe I'm missing something. Any suggestions?

I would have proposed to look into the email, UA usually sends at the beginning of the promotion. In the past they had the individual voucher codes included there, which you have to tell them while ordering.
Unfortunately their last mail didn´t include the voucher codes.


I´d write them a \"semi-official\" order mail, that you are willing to order the Plug in XY to the mentioned conditions etc., with you name, address, account number and date.

This way at least you have something to rely on.
Usually they handle such issues very kind.

I never got the original email. I am subscribed but stopped getting them for some reason. I checked into my ua account because I saw a reference to the deal in another forum.

There were two vouchers. One for the neve thing and another $150 for the 3 cards I have. It's the latter that I'm bummed about.

The thing is that they were definitely there on tuesday but not friday.

Where in my UA profile would I find the coupon codes? Maybe I'm overlooking something. I sure feel like I'm probably going to lose out on this deal.

You should find them, if you log in on their website under :

My Universal Audio -> Online Store -> UAD1

On the right side you usually see your shopping cart, Store balance and Promotion vouchers.


If you can´t see them in the online store, really write them a mail.
Better than doing nothing.

But do it before 0.00 o´clock today.
 
My coupons disappeared as well, but I found them by starting the purchase process of a plug-in at the store, in which case, they show up on the right hand side of the screen. (The same place the previous poster was alluding to.)

Tried all the above methods to get the offers to reveal themselves but nothing ever showed up. The right hand side only has the contents of my shopping cart.

I will write another email to follow the one I wrote on Friday afternoon.

I called UA this morning and was able to straighten out the problem with the disappearing coupons. To UA it looked as if the coupons were never issued. They could see all my cards were registered before September 1st so I qualified.

The only thing I can imagine that caused this was that I modified my account early last week after logging in and receiving a message saying I couldn't receive emails (which I had not recently). I re-entered my email address and saved the settings. At that point I could still see the coupons but wasn't in the position to research the purchase. Later in the week when I logged in to take a closer look all the coupons disappeared.
