My Helios Type 69 Preamp and EQ Collection is not in my UA Connect plugin list

I have it in my Console app and able to use, but do not have it in my PT list. How can I download the Helios Type 69 Preamp and EQ Collection in my UA Connect for Pro Tools? Support is pretty lame. I enter a question and the answer I get is how to transfer ownership.
