My microphone is picking up all windows sounds

I have an issue since I've connected my new Apollo solo usb.
When I put some music on my computer or anything else, my microphone (AT2020) is also diffusing it.
It's not the case on FL Studio or Discord, but it's the case on my desktop and on some video games.
I've tried many things, like disabling all others audio devices, or switching between 44100hz to 48000hz but nothing can fix my issue, and I don't find any answers on the web.
If you have an idea, I'd be glad for it, thanks a lot,
have a nice day.

For exemple, if i want to speak in the vocalchat of a videogame, everyone will hear the sound of the game or my music on spotify, threw my mic...

well, thats just natural, your microphone is supposed to pick up every sound it hears.
what you are looking after is some sort of noise gate or auto-enable in your chat software once you are talking and automatically mutes when you are not talking,, i´m not a gamer so i dont know the typical gaming setups.

this is not what you think, my microphone is diffusing all outputs sounds, it's like my microphone was a speaker or a headset, that is not natural... I see what you mean but my headset is a closed one, my mic can't hear the sounds in my headset.
