MY PLUGINS HAVE VANISHED

I have Appolo Solo Usb since June 2023, I bought Appolo Solo with Heritage Edition package, back then they were:UA 1176 Classic Limiter Collection, Pultec Passive EQ Collection, RealVerb Pro, Precision Channel Strip (Precision Mix Rack Collection), UAD CS-1. Two months ago I bought Lexicon 224 Digital Reverb too. I used these plugins to last week when I bought Precision Maximizer Plug-In for UAD-2. After purchasing the plug-in I updated UAD Powered Plug-Ins to v.11 and I pressed Authorize Plug_ins in UAD Control Panel ... and all my free plugins from Heritage Edition which were included Appolo Solo Usb gone changed to demo version. Now I have only acces to UAD-MAXIMIZER and Lexicon 224. I don't know what I should do now, I had not checked My Plug-In Library on my UAD account before, but I can't see there only MAXIMIZER and Lexicon now. Maybe I made miastake during first registration in June, I don't. I need back access to my plugin because I can't work. Issue is probably simple I need back access only to free plugins. I got a ticket open withjh Support 780545 but for 5 days didn't get any response ... I can't work ... I don't know what should I do ... I'm a bit frustrated with this situation. Any help or suggestion is highly appreciated. I apologize for my poor English.
