I had a message today when I logged in. I got a trophy for my first post (asking for support). I had a twinge of disappointment when I saw there were no replies to my post, but I spent a lot of time with it and I'm not ready to fool with it until tomorrow. I usually find the solution to my problem after I've asked for help, so hopefully I'll find it before someone posts the solution. .

Hang in there buddy, someone will help you I'm sure. Kinda slow at night. I personally am not sure where that folder resides in Windows.

I'm a Mac guy myself so can't help with the Windows stuff but have you contact UA support themselves?
