This is quite odd as the authorization for plugins is stored on your Apollo. Does it (and all your plugins) still show in your account on the site?A friend used his new macbook with ableton (I usually use Pro Tools) at my studio yesterday and now all of my plugins (over 80) are no longer showing up, like they were never purchased. I put in a support request - ticket number #811084
How well do you know this person? It's weird because my account on the site has basically no info on it. No hardware, no plugins, nothing. I've been using this apollo since 2021.
Cool.Pretty well
PM me your UA account email. It's not the one you used to open the ticket. He's a pretty close friend that sublets my studio once a week. An odd thing has been happening after he uses his laptop where I'll have to reauthorize plugins occasionally via the meter and control panel. But this time they are all just gone
Did you buy this Apollo used? Is it possible you were using the previous owners plugs and now you've actually registered it into your account and only see Analog Classics? He's a pretty close friend that sublets my studio once a week. Gotcha. It's entirely possible that didn't happen. Support will get it all sorted.I did buy it used through a vendor on reverb but the deal was that the plugins would all be transferred. That was like 4 years ago
