My UAD Spark sub doesn't work!

Hi! Just subscribed to UAD Spark on Windows, but I can't activate my plugins in UA Connect. I get the error "pace activation error no eligible locations", as shown in the picture. I tried all the tutorials found on the internet to solve the problem, also opened a ticket 4 days ago for UAD support! Any idea how I can solve this ? All of my software are up to date.
