Need a clear understanding of the Mon L-R outputs

My SSL 12 doesnt have spdif, so my ? is, is the signal coming out of the Mon L-R o/p's the same as the spdif outputs for recording and the occasional live sound use.

On the OX amp top box the spdif and Line/Mon L-R are sending the same signal. I use the spdif out to an Apollo to keep the Apollo's line inputs available for other stuff.

yes, OX's Line outs are the same signal as SPDIF in analog form.
