Need Help: UAD Apollo x6 Not Powering On Unless AC Cable is Replugged

I have a matter that I need everyone to help analyze the strange symptoms occurring with my UAD Apollo x6 audio interface.

Currently, if I turn off the Apollo x6 using the front switch, when I try to turn it on again, the interface will not power up; it remains off.

The only way I can get it to turn on again is by unplugging the AC cable from the AC adapter and then plugging it back in. If it still doesn't power up, I have to keep unplugging and re-plugging it until the Apollo x6 turns on.

From what you all see, what do you think could be causing these strange symptoms?

It's strange because before I turned off the switch, the machine was working normally in every aspect. However, if I accidentally turn off the front switch, then it won't turn back on at all.

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”

I think too it’s a power supply problem, not necessarily cable related but maybe.
Wouldn’t repeat it often.
I would order a new psu soon.

Have you tried another socket?

I just ordered an AC adapter from eBay, but it will take some time before I can try it because I am in Thailand. It will probably take a while for the item to be delivered here.

Hello i have the same problem
If I turn off apollo x6 directly in the power button it no work if you turn on again
The apollo work if I unplug and plug behind and power button must be ON

I bought new Universal Audio Power Supply Apollo 8/8P/16 but it dont work neither

what could be the problem??
