So i recently purchased the UAD Signature Edition Cross over which i am looking to activate on my personal ilok account, when i try activate it, i get asked if i want to continue with my business ilok account which is fresh and has no plug ins on it. It wont let me change ilok account as i keep getting put on a white screen after selecting the correct account... First question is, if i selected my business account which has no plug ins on it, would this void the bundle as it is a cross grade bundle. Second question, has anyone else encountered this problem with the white screen when entering a new ilok account name instead of selecting the account they recommend due to it being the same email. Thanks in advance.
