Need to update plugins... but they are all up-to-date

Hi there,
Trying LUNA Windows.
Error message at launch, saying that "some plugins need to be updated in UA Connect" ... but they are all up-to-date (I just installed them)
Do I need to install the extra plugins with the REDEEM button?

It also says "34 plugins cannot be loaded" (I think I have 34 UAD Spark plugins).

If I open one project, there is a message "Playback is disabled."

When I go to audio settings the buffer size is set to 32, while it is 96 on my Scarlett config.
I cannot change the value from 32 to 96 in the audio settings.
The "Show ASIO Pänel" button does not do anything.

I'm a bit lost.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Update: the 34 plugins that can't be loaded are the API, Neve and ATR. Do I need to install them (they are with a REDEEM button)?

I have fixed the various error messages at startup, and changed my audio interface sample rate to 44100.
I still have the "Playback disabled" error message though :(

Same problem here too. I think that it is still early doors with Luna and Windows. However what a great DAW when they iron out the problems. I am sure the issue will be resolved soon.
