I'd have to guess \"yes\", if it's not stated in the docs. One of the first things I noticed when I headed for the gains was that the character changed pretty quickly, right up at the far end of a boost, almost like a non-linear taper, but reading about the Q tightening up sort of explained it.

-- got a habit of going straight for the mids and highs on a new EQ 8)
