New Apollo/Luna Install with authorization problems

Registered new Apollo x4 on Mac mini. Registration was complicated but now complete. Luna and Console both work, but do not recognize my plug ins as being owned. May be related to the way I registered hardware and Luna. Plug ins are in iLok "Cloud" and Luna is in Managed iLok hardware. Now Luna and Console both do not recognize my purchases when I try to use them (suggest Demo version), though the UAD site shows me as having license. Looking for recommendations on how to best update licenses, Luna, or re-register (last resort). Any suggestions or similar experiences would be welcome. UAD support has been unresponsive in the "Ticket" I issued 24 hours ago.
Possible solution:
  • Move ILok licenses
  • Point Luna to correct authorization location/password
  • Re-install Luna
  • Re-Register entire install (not preferred since I have No Idea how to do it)

Native plugins are handled via UA Connect and ILM. DSP plugins (your 3rd and 4th pic) are handled on the the site and in the UA Meter app

Thanks Drew! Yes, I have trying handle in the correct places, but not sure how to point console to the licenses for the DSP. I think that the iLok registration is key but don't know how to go about walking thru it. Is there any chance of a technical call with UA based on my Ticket # #795871

DSP licenses are handed in the UA Meter app. If you've clicked Authorize and they're not coming through, you'll need Support's help. (i am not part of Support)

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame. They're also quite backed up, so it'll likely be longer. Thanks for your patience.

Do you suggest I "Authorize"? and if so, any tips to avoid the iLok split between Hardware and Cloud?
Yes, you need to click Authorize.

This handles the DSP licenses. The iLok stuff is completely separate.

Drew, I am thankful for your suggestion. It looks like that "Authorize" did the trick! I am now walking thru the anticipated plug ins to confirm they are all working and installed. So far so good. Can't thank you enough. If It is successful in my beta testing, I will let you know and delete this thread once we are good!!

I am grateful for your help sir, and thanks for the hours of "office hours" that you have been part of. I have a long way to go transitioning to this new DAW but can't thank you enough for your assistance here in this forum. I am now onto getting Luna and Console synched up with virtual channels etc....

Thanks, yeah, a template right now would be a great help. Is there any publicly available on the UAD site or should I just keep trolling YouTube etc? One of yours would be a dream, but I assume the routing is pretty complex. I'm on x4 platform so don't need complex monitoring setup, just a basic virtual feed from luna and single headphone queue. Great meeting you virtually on You Tube and here, so grateful for your outreach....very trippy.

Drew, I wanted to tell you that my x4 is up and running, Luna installed, all DSP and Native plugs are downloaded and available. Spent 24 hours just adapting to the Luna/Console, and am so frickin' stoked. Sounds and works so amazing....I am grateful for your help when I needed it!
