I urgently need help - in the register process I accidentally assigned my new Apollo interface to the wrong system (System 2). But in SYSTEM 1 are all my purchased plugins and now I can't use my plugins with my new Apollo. I have already opened a ticket (#791761) a few days ago but no response so far - it everywhere that it can be corrected or moved to the correct system very easily and quickly by UAD. Telephone support also appears to been stopped.
If someone from UAD is reading this, please help, you can also send me a PM here as I currently only have limited access to my email account - otherwise I can't continue working.
