New Console install doesn't complete after downloading to 100%

As it says - anyone else experiencing problems installing the new console preview? Can't seem to move past completing the download to 100% in UA Connect. I'm sure I've downloaded it 20 times now lol. Fwiw - same problem with using UA Connect to download 11.2 - so I went and grabbed that directly from the UA website and installed it.

Thanks!

I'm on Mac - never did get it working. Uninstalled and reinstalled UA Connect - no luck. I haven't found a download yet - although I wonder if I could find out where the downloads from UA Connect go temporarilty and try to install that. It downloads to 100%. but nothing happens afterwards - will try this and report back.

EDIT - no dice. Not sure how to find where it downloads the console installer.

Wow I had the same issue, but I succeed to install the new UAD console (mac sonoma 14.4)
I entirely uninstalled the ua console and uad meter control panel, all the files. I downloaded the latest UAD Software and installed again.
Then I was able to download and install the UAD Console from the UA connect and open it!

I ended up doing a fresh install of Sonoma and now it installed fine for me. Having other minor annoyances with Sonoma, but that isn't one of them any more. Hope you figure it out!

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”

... and after many dollars invested, why I refuse to give another dime to UA. I appreciate your help over these years Drew, but UA's support of their customers is frankly arrogant.
Be sure to share your thoughts via the Feedback feature of UAC.

Anyone found a definitive solution to this problem yet? Bought some new plugins, went to UA Connect to download, and nothing will completely download. There was a download for Console and Software Installer, but these would not finish installing. Mac is all up to date, I have completed all install and security settings/procedures as specified. I have gone through the process of uninstalling all UAudio software, and attempting to start from scratch with UA Connect. But same issue, nothing will entirely install, and so now I am left without console, Luna, or anything that will download from UAudio. I have sent a support ticket, I have yet to hear back.

To answer my own previous question, I was able to get in touch with support at Sweetwater. It appears there is a compatibility issue with UA Connect and Apple M1 silicon chips. The UA website has a specific setup process for the Apple silicon chips, but that process alone does not fix the problem. Was able to open UA Connect through Rosetta, and with it operating in Rosetta, it was able to download all software/plugins.
