If you don't get an email or have any issues with the code/checkout process, let Support know, they'll have you taken care of in a jiffy. We want everyone to get their free native plugin ASAP.

Keep in mind that original (non Unison) plugins aren't being ported, so users that own them do not qualify for the free native versions.

I don't understand, I have helios dsp version, what I have to do? On my uad connect I can't see the native version, no mails.

more likey not appropriate offers.. like for products you already own and you are not intersteted in this deal or that deal

we have already raised our voices in terms of a more tailored marketing email approached, you have heard them and only replied.. "it works for us"
yes, it may works for UA, but not for all of your customers

instead of email or as 2nd alternative: a button on the website in the user account that triggeres the same process (like "check for new native licenses") or same button within UA connect?

dont you think the new procedere will perhaps put even more work at the already very busy UA customer support which results in even longer reply times? :unsure:

I checked my mail, junk and bin... no trace of mails about helios, only promotion by plugin boutique, man, not all of us are native english, in esay words, what we have to do for native plugins? Is the mail not sent yet? Is it a thing for the future? What is KB?

Can we expect all owners of the DSP plugins to be emailed today? Or will it take a few days to roll out?

Edit: mostly just don't want to bother / bog down customer service if we should plan on waiting a few days to receive our codes : )
