New update hides windows

Hi. On my Apollo twin, I used to have a setup of windows that loaded on every new launch. In 1.0.0.126 update, only the console window loads, containing the plugins but I need to click on them upon every startup, to make a setup again. I can't seem to find a solution.

Mac Mini 2018, 32 gb ram
