no help received after creating support ticket

Hi everyone,
I purchased three plugins a few days ago. Something went wrong during the process and, as a result, they don't appear in my listing. The transaction has already been charged to my card, though.
I contacted UA people by the support chat on their website, but no answer nor support ticket confirmation have been received. I don`t know what else to do.
Any suggestions?

Be sure the process goes all the way through.

You'll get an email with a ticket #.


Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.

Yeah, I accomplished all the steps, this Monday. It said a support ticket would be sent to me by email, buy this hasn’t happened yet.
Any further suggestion?
