No Input Signal in Console

I've owned an Apollo Twin Quad for a few years, and my inputs have suddenly stopped working in Console. I've checked multiple cables, mics, and guitars but no luck. Hi-Z and mic inputs are getting no signal (phantom power is on).

I've tried reinstalling firmware, updating to latest software, and resetting hardware. Nothing has worked.

The output is working fine for computer audio, and the talk back is working. I just can't get any input signal to register in Console.

I've reached out to support, and their solution is for me to ship my unit to them. I'll have to pay shipping and an estimated $200 for repairs. Before I ship to them - could this be a software issue that could be resolved on my end? Has anyone encountered this issue before?

No chance to test on another computer with an initial installation?

Are you on Mac or Windows? If Mac: Have you tried logging in as a different user? You might need to make a new account first.
Mac. Thanks for the suggestion - hadn’t tried that yet. Sadly, no dice. Same as before where I could get computer audio output and talk back, but no input signal

Also I’m not getting any input signal showing on the interface itself either. Like the left side of the hardware. The right side does light up when I play audio through my computer, but the input lights on the left do not.

I have a similar issue with my Apollo x 4. I am using MacBook Air M1 and I am on Mac OS Sonoma. No input signal from any channel or the Hi-Z inputs on the front when I turn on Logic. No signal on the device meters, Console or Logic. No matter what preferences I have. Only thing that solves the issue is turning the powers switch off and then on again on the Apollo. Signal comes back on. Same Issue with playing through Neural DSP standalone plugin. Very strange.

I'm having the same issue. Under step 1 what does RT*M mean?

Thanks
