No more blue bar when launching apollo x4 ? (macOS)

Had issues this morning with my mac.

Seems resolved... but when I launch the apollo x4 interface, I no longer get that blue-white bar during launching. Just updated to newer UAD software but still does not appear.

Can I assume it is launched ? (before launching Pro Tools which will default to system if it does not see the UA interface)

Sounds like the driver has not been authorized to run on the machine (after OS/UAD software reinstall?)
