Did you check to see whether your sound settings have UAD established as the output device?

I have had the exact same problem with my Apollo x4. I get an input signal, but no output to my DAW (Logic Pro X) and no output to my headphones. Please update if you get any useful help!

I have the Apollo Twin USB and after the most recent UAD update, I'm having this same problem. The controls on the physical Apollo do not control the monitor output or the headphones. Can't get any sound to come from the headphones at all, and the only way I get sound is by controlling the output level through the computer sound settings, not console. Extremely frustrating, as everything was working fine for months and then I update and can't work.

I have checked what you suggested, but to no avail. Sad to see that more people, like psydeffectx, seem to have the same problem. Like psydeffectx, I haven't changed a thing on the Apollo or in my DAW settings, but all of a sudden things don't work anymore.
Any other suggestions? Should I reset my Apollo? If so, how do I do that?

Did you default the I/O?

What does UA Meter app say?
I get a message that says "Driver not yet allowed". This comes up despite me having allowed UA Console, UA Connect, UAD Meter & Control Panel and UniversalControl to be updated; allowing apps from UA; and allowing UA Connect to open when logging in. UAD Meter & Control Panel is allowed to run in the background.

That is the issue. This is a very specific process that Apple requires.

Have you done the Recovery Mode step?

I have done what you suggested, but the problem remains. I get a signal on the Apollo x4, but not signal to UAD Console, nothing on the meter - which I can now see - and no signal to Logic. Perhaps the most puzzling thing is that there is no sound to my headphones on the Apollo x4, even though I can see that there is input. What could I try next?

Can you post a pic of your security settings in Recovery Mode?
