My setup is the following:
- I'm running macOS Ventura Version 13.5 on a brand (new) Mac mini with Apple M2 Pro chip
- I've got a condenser mic connected to input 1 on a (used) UAD Apollo 8 QUAD Thunderbolt 2 Audio Interface hardware; the interface is connected to the Mac via thunderbolt connection
- I've got headphones connected to the headphone input 1 on the UAD hardware
I just bought the interface used off of Reverb. It was listed as mint condition from a seller with nothing but 5 star reviews. I'm getting signal on the interface from the mic (the level bars light up when I clap in front of the mic). I get sound through my headphones that registers on the main console output while playing audio on the computer when I have "mix" selected on my cue 1 outputs, such as a YouTube video. My clock is set to internal. Phantom power is engaged.
However, I am getting no signal on the console software interface. Screenshots of my console settings have been attached. I've also tried hard resetting the hardware and uninstalling/reinstalling the UAD software with no luck. Can anyone help solve my problem?
